How to Best Make Use of the Holiday Left-overs

A Christmas dinner necessitates the expenditure of monies for "special foods" and the slavery required in their preparation. Still, when all have eaten their fill, you find yourself left with leftover meat, veggies, desserts, that no one wants to even look at, the next day. There are several ways to deal with this, without wasting food, in these hard economic times.

Instructions

Step1
First of all, offer any guests a sampler dish to take home, using divided plastic containers. (These provide great lunches for work!)
Step2
secondly, use the same divided dishes to make, freeze and create "TV Dinner" meals for your family.
Step3
Thirdly, you can grind turkey, ham, chicken and freeze for croquettes or ham sandwiches later.
And don't forget your dig, who will appreciate even the toughest, pieces of meat, when ground and added to kibble.
Step4
Fourthly, the carcass of poultry can be frozen --as well as leftover beans, carrots, and a soup started@ a later time.
First of all, offer any guests a sampler dish to take home, using divided plastic containers. (These provide great lunches for work!)
