
This is a recipe for 'Blueberry Cream Pie'. I got it from my grandmother's cook book. My mom made it one year during the holidays and I fell in love. It is delicious and very easy to make. The blueberry pie filling can be replaced with any type of pie filling. I hope you enjoy!
Instructions
Step1
Start by softening your butter and cream cheese. You can do this by leaving them out for a few hours or put them in the microwave for a few second.
Step2
Make the graham cracker crust with the softened butter as directed on the box. Press into 9x13 pan. Step3
Mix softened cream cheese and the half box of powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and mix together lightly. Step4
Poor the mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly. Step5
Pour the blueberry filling over the top of the mixture and crust. Refrigerate for a couple hours and serve! Enjoy!
