Instructions

Step1

Blanch corn Blanch corn Bring water to a full boil in a large pot over high heat. Carefully put the prepared corn on the cob in the pot of boiling water to blanch it. Boil for 3 minutes.

Ready to freeze Ready to freeze Lay the blanched corn on the cobs in the freezer bag or container so that they do not touch. This will make it easier to take out the desired number of corn on the cobs after they are frozen. Before you place the bags or plastic freezer containers in the freezer, make sure they are cool.
