Instructions
Step1
Start by placing your egg (or eggs) in a saucepan. Set them in there gently. If they crack, even the least bit, the egg will leak out during the boiling process. Place the lid on the pan. Step2
Carefully pour water over the egg until covered. Don't pour it in too fast or it will jostle the egg around and cause cracks. Step3
Place the pan on a stove top burner on high heat until the water boils. Then, reduce heat to medium so the water it still boiling, but does not run over the top of the pan. Step4
Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. You can run cold water in the pan to help them cool off faster. Let the egg cool before removing the shell or you could burn yourself.
