Many people to go to the beach only to be dazed by the gorgeous womanly beauty all around and no woman really wants too be considered a sore spot in the beautiful scenery with only their bikinis to cover their bare bodies. Beach fun can range from playing volleyball, basking in the sun for that sexy tan, swimming in the ocean to rafting and other water sports.Women do not want to look ugly in the beautiful scenery. Actually, they want to look very sexy with bikinis for covering the bare parts of the bodies. Fun at beach can range from playing any game under the sun and basking in the sun rays, swimming in the large ocean for rafting and another sports in water and for sexy tan.

Start from the skin – invest in the best possible sun block that you can afford – plant based SPF moisturiser by Sisley (Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF30) is my favourite, it’s not greasy, it sinks into the skin while leaving it super soft, glowing and protected and does not leave you face pasty white as too many sunblocks do! Also its high enough protection will keep your skin safe enough from harmful summer rays! Don’t forget to also protect your lips! Ageing first shows on or around the mouth so wear a suitable lip balm with UV protection – Korner skincare Just Delight Lip Cream is gorgeous!

Try a Spray-on Tan

You might be tempted to bake in a tanning bed for a few weeks before you go, but try a spray-on tan instead. The benefits are numerous – no burning, no weird goggle lines, no UV exposure and you get a great-looking tan almost immediately. Just remember that since it’s artificial, you’ll still need to use sunscreen at the beach to protect your skin.

The eye lash is one part which is often ignored. It should not be so and you should use at least two coats of waterproof mascara on the root of the lashes. Try applying it carefully since any smears or smudges would look bad. Just as in the case with the other parts of your face, when it comes to your lips, use a color that looks more or less natural. There are a number of good quality lip conditioners that you can find in the market that would serve the purpose. All such leading brands of lip conditioners would soften your lips with their moisturizing action. Since they come in a wide variety of colors, you can always find one which matches your natural lip color.

* Make sure your sunscreen is appropriate for the time you plan to spend in the sun. For more information about choosing sunscreens, you may want to check out our Sunscreen Info.
* Wear a fabulous hat. It makes a terrific fashion statement and will help protect you from the sun.
* Ditto for sunglasses with UVA & UVB protective lenses.
* Drink plenty of water. Dehydration can really sneak up on you at the beach.
* Find great hair accessories (barrettes, ponytail holders, headbands, clips, etc.) to give a little glamour to your “after beach” hairdo.

Hair can be an issue for swimmers. I don’t know about you but I’ve never been one to wear a swim cap. This may solve the problem of protecting and keeping your hair dry, but unless you’re in a swimmers’ competition, you’re going to look a little dorky. Chlorine in swimming pools can wreck your hair (especially color) so rinse it out immediately. Swimming in salt water can actually dry your hair in a nice wave, but sun can be just as damaging to hair as skin.

Sun protection is critical

Even though you’re going to go lighter on the makeup, don’t forget the sunscreen. Even one sunburn can do significantly damage to the skin and can increase your risk of developing skin cancer. Plus, the effects of sun exposure are cumulative. Be sure to wear a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF factor of at least fifteen. This should be the first thing you put on after you cleanse your skin and it should be applied generously.
